2025 Summer Series: Food Pantry with CPACS

In June 2025, PEP partnered with the Center for Pan Asian Community Services (CPACS) to host a series of Food Pantry events across Atlanta. Through this partnership, PEP provided more than $3,000 in funding to purchase food for local families facing food insecurity. Costco and Walmart also donated food and fresh produce, helping more families receive nutritious groceries and essential pantry items.

The success of these events came from the dedication of 14 volunteers who gave their time to sort donations, prepare food packages, assist with distribution, and welcome every family with care and respect. Their commitment helped each event run smoothly and ensured community members received the support they needed.

Together, PEP, CPACS, volunteers, and community partners served hundreds of individuals and families across Atlanta. Every meal shared represented more than food. It reflected compassion, teamwork, and a shared commitment to supporting neighbors during difficult times. This partnership strengthened community connections and showed what people achieve when they work together with a common purpose.
