February 2023

PEP is founded

Two Gwinnett County students launch a weekly Singapore Math tutoring program with 21 volunteers teaching 32 students.

Summer 2023

First community programs

A basketball coaching program and a summer camp for children with autism, run in partnership with Truelove, expand PEP beyond tutoring.

2024

Growing every term

Programs expand into public speaking, coding, chess, crochet, and more — organized into spring, summer, and fall terms each year.

2025 – Today

A multi-program organization

PEP now serves 100+ students a term with 35+ volunteer instructors, plus food pantry partnerships, senior center visits, and a growing chapter program.
