Supporting Our Community: PEP Visit to Furkids

Looking for a way to give back locally, we connected with Furkids, the Southeast’s largest no-kill animal shelter. After months of collaborating with them to learn about their mission and needs, we secured a $500 allocation from our organization, splitting it between a donation and providing for care supplies.

During our visit, the Furkids team gave us a tour of their dog and cat shelters, sharing their history and goals. We also shared our own mission, discussing how Furkids' dedication to animal welfare aligns perfectly with our values, and the best part? Our volunteers got to spend quality time playing with the dogs and cats.

Ultimately, it was an incredibly rewarding and unique experience that allowed us to learn, bond as a team, and make a difference in our community.
